Sorry, we can’t recover deleted accounts, as we fully erase all data for privacy. But don’t worry—it’s a great chance for a fresh start! You can sign up again with the same email. Check our Privacy Policy for more details.

To permanently delete your Mapdate account and profile, go to your account settings and tap the "Delete my Account" button at the bottom. This will erase all your connections, messages, in-app credits, and other data forever, with no recovery possible. Ready for a new beginning? You can always sign up again!

Choose the gender(s) or identities of people you want to connect with on Mapdate in Account > “I want to see” settings. Find the people you vibe with!

Browse profiles nearby with Mapdate’s free search within your daily allocated moves, or go Premium for advanced filters to find your ideal connections faster!

Mapdate needs location services to help you connect with others nearby. To enable them, go to your device’s settings (iOS 16+ or Android 11+) and allow Mapdate to access your location. For example, on iOS, go to Settings > Mapdate > Location, or on Android, Settings > Apps > Mapdate > Permissions > Location. For detailed steps, check our Help Center. Let’s get you crossing paths!

Use your Moves to like someone’s profile on Mapdate. If they like you back, you’ll match, connect, and can start chatting.

A Spark lets you connect and chat instantly, skipping the wait for a lively start. Light up your chats!

Add photos to your Mapdate profile by going to edit profile in the app, tapping empty slots to upload or snap a picture (JPG/PNG, up to 20MB), and dragging to rearrange. Show off your best shots!

You can post photos of yourself that follow our Community Guidelines. Inappropriate images, like nudes, defamatory, or political content, will be removed, and your profile may face a permanent ban. Keep it fun and respectful! See our Community Guidelines for details.

To disconnect from someone, go to their profile in the Mapdate app and select "Disconnect" to easily end the connection. Keep your connections just right!
